Please note that Homeowners/Hosts assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to dogs or humans while in and out of the property. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the dog during their entire reservation in the property
Our pet policy:
2 dogs maximum. No other pets allowed.
No puppies or dogs under 1 year. All dogs must be spayed or neutered.
All dogs must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended.
Dogs must be leashed at all times.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste.
Dogs are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
All dogs are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Or they must be on an oral flea and tick preventative.
Dogs are not to cause any damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from the security deposit.
Guests should prevent dogs from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
Dogs will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out and will not be left unattended on decks, patio, or in the yard.
Homeowners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to dogs or humans while in and out of the property. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the dog while staying in our properties.
Pet fee is $50/ dog/ night
